Responsible to Establish and develop strategy, structure, management and operations of businesses to increase profitability and efficiency; provide expertise and planning for business set-up, marketing, supply chain management, financial and management controls, e-business, and branding; identify real estate for opening new stores and negotiating lease with landlords; assess and implement strategy, select vendors, obtain licensing, expand business locations; increase revenue, as well as define marketing and long strategy for brand development; develop strategic plan and timetable for subsequent expansion; provide expertise and planning for: new store builds; hiring and training employees; employee management and development; maintenance of appropriate licenses. Must have high school diploma besides four years of experience as Business Development Manager / General Manager /Business Analyst / Management Analyst/ Management Analyst or related. This position contributes to Cold Stone (Ice Cream) success by providing best customer service to all customers. This job creates the best Cold Stone experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with store guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities - Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Serving customers / making cakes / Ice Cream / other products
• Cash register operation
• Follow cold stone procedures for mixing fruits / nuts with ice cream
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
• Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift
• Follows Cold Stone operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Provides quality product consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
